Who to make ads for, how to make them active-watchable, when to deploy them, and how to decide what scales.
150 launched ads is a floor, not a ceiling. This deck is the decision layer. The companion Creative Plan holds the row-level production detail.
People, moments, and objections are different dimensions. The top 10 are the people. Labor Day and Team Week are timing layers. “Is this a real workout?” is an objection layer. Every brief should name one person first, then add the right layer.
Ranked for September by strategic opportunity, Crossrope fit, and available performance evidence. The count is the protected persona-core allocation—not a ceiling on how often the person appears.
Psyche: Fears feeling incompetent. Promise: Learn the rhythm without the trip counter.
Psyche: Treats exercise as all-or-nothing. Promise: A complete workout can fit the eight-minute gap.
Psyche: Misses athlete identity more than mileage. Promise: Keep the hard effort; change the training form.
Psyche: Wants capability without humiliation. Promise: A scalable comeback that respects who they were.
Psyche: Stops when progress becomes invisible. Promise: Scores, rounds, and streaks make return behavior visible.
Psyche: Needs progress before visibility. Promise: The first completed workout can happen in private.
Psyche: Cannot leave or guarantee uninterrupted time. Promise: Pause, stay nearby, and resume without setup.
Psyche: Wants mastery, novelty, and status. Promise: A workout with visible levels and new moves to earn.
Psyche: Assumes home cardio is too easy. Promise: Load, cadence, and upper-body fatigue prove otherwise.
Psyche: Values utility over lifestyle aspiration. Promise: Portable rhythm and repeatable conditioning rounds.
The ten personas own 108 protected core ads. Cast the additional 36 Moment ads + 6 objection-clearing ads back to one of these ten people at briefing, so moments and objections never become fake “personas.”
This is the production allocation behind the Top-10 ranking. Core lanes are durable; Moments and objections are applied back onto a ranked persona.

Ropeless is not merely an equipment variation. It removes distinct barriers—coordination, floor space, interruption, privacy, and time fragmentation—which creates a broader behavior-based audience than “people shopping for jump ropes.”
Ropeless expands by solving six different failure loops. Rope protects three motivation systems. Rebuilder remains the 10% bridge across both products.
Remove the public failure loop.
Make the small window feel complete.
Protect intensity and athlete identity.
Make return behavior measurable.
Let confidence precede visibility.
Pause, stay close, resume cleanly.
Visible levels and moves to earn.
Prove load, cadence, and fatigue.
Portable conditioning with sport utility.
Cast across rope or ropeless. Lead with capability and comeback—not beginner identity.
Do not write “busy adult,” “home fitness,” or “beginner.” Name the failure loop, the emotionally expensive moment, and the product behavior that resolves it.
September is acquisition-led: 70% of output opens before the viewer knows Crossrope; 30% carries proof, product, or offer for warmer demand.
| Stage | % / ads | Message job | Opening logic |
|---|---|---|---|
| UNAWARE | 16%24 ADS | Identity interruption | “Your workout did not fail because you lack discipline.” |
| PROBLEM AWARE | 24%36 ADS | Name the broken loop | Trip, no time, no space, impact, boredom, or invisible progress. |
| SOLUTION AWARE | 30%45 ADS | Demonstrate the contrast | Ropeless vs. rope; short interval vs. skipped session; weighted vs. generic cardio. |

Unaware/Problem: dramatize the failed behavior. Solution: show the contrast. Product: reveal the mechanism. Most aware: put the exact offer or deadline in the first beat.

Use video when motion, personality, or a sequence is the proof. Use static when one contrast, claim, product, or deadline can resolve the job instantly. Carousels teach; GIFs loop one visible mechanism.
Active does not mean frantic editing. It means something changes immediately. Watchable means the first beat opens a loop and the ad visibly closes it.
Trip, jump, timer, score, weight change, interruption.
Make the viewer say: “That is exactly why I stop.”
Rhythm improves, heart rate climbs, round completes, setup disappears.
Resolve the loop, name the product, give one action.
Problem: show the failure event. Solution: show the contrast. Product: show the mechanism and proof. Most aware: show the exact offer and deadline. Do not change all four at once.
Existing Crossrope L7D creative-watch evidence from July 22. Metrics are shown only where they were present in the export; creative interpretation is explicitly labeled as inference.
Inference: product-in-use creates motion immediately; AMP makes the workout measurable, and ropeless is shown as a real training system.
Inference: credible creator context makes the proposition feel lived-in, not scripted; the viewer understands who the product is for and clicks.
Inference: a visible action plus skill credibility earns the stop; a clear progression payoff gives the viewer a reason to keep watching.
Live Motion gallery access did not pass workspace validation in this run, so thumbnails are intentionally not fabricated. Add the three actual screenshots when the Crossrope workspace mapping is confirmed; the metrics above come from the existing Crossrope export.
A cluster is a planning shortcut—not a new audience. Group people by the emotional job they share, then vary the situation, awareness stage, proof, and format.
“My day is unpredictable. I need a workout that still counts.”
“Do not sell me easy. Show me effort, load, and capability.”
“I keep going when I can see myself getting better.”
“I had eight minutes before my next call. I stopped pretending it wasn't enough.”
Timer starts at 08:00 → one complete ropeless interval.
UGC TIMER CHALLENGE“The workout that waits when someone needs you.”
Real interruption → pause → return to the same round.
PAUSE / RESUME DEMO“You don't need an audience for your first comeback workout.”
Door closes → first private round → quiet completion.
FIRST-PERSON STORY“Rope path or no rope path: which one survives a cramped room?”
Split-screen setup test → ropeless starts immediately.
SPLIT-SCREEN COMPARISON“I finished three rounds across two interruptions.”
AMP session record persists across two real-life pauses.
AMP PROOF GIF“20% off the set that fits between everything else.”

September is when aspiration collides with the returned schedule. Sell the workout that survives real life—not generic “fall motivation”—and use the two offers only as timed reasons to act.
Use the calendar and last week’s winner to choose the shared job.
Change the situation, awareness stage, proof, or format.
Change one variable: opening beat, proof order, or CTA.
Keep the persona and offer state consistent inside each pair.
Stop → click → ROAS. Then check whether two cuts adopted spend.
One person · one tension · one active event · one visible payoff. The cluster organizes the work; the brief must still speak to one human.
